HomeCare is an ongoing homeowner membership that provides qualifying benefits such as scheduled HomeCare visits, priority scheduling, member savings and ongoing access to the LVRS team.
Is this home insurance or a home warranty? +
No. HomeCare is a service membership and is not insurance, a home warranty, emergency coverage or a licensed home inspection.
What does the handyman hour cover? +
One annual labor hour can be applied toward qualifying small handyman tasks. Materials, specialty work, permits and certain services are excluded.
Does the 10% discount apply to everything? +
The discount applies to qualifying labor and may be subject to exclusions or project discount limits.
What does priority scheduling mean? +
HomeCare members receive priority for qualifying non-emergency scheduling, subject to technician availability, project type and service area.
How do I join? +
