HomeCare is an ongoing homeowner membership providing qualifying benefits such as scheduled HomeCare visits, priority scheduling, member savings and access to LVRS for maintenance, improvements and remodeling needs.
No. HomeCare is a service membership and relationship with LVRS. It is not insurance, a warranty, an emergency repair contract or a substitute for licensed home inspection.
One annual labor hour may be applied to qualifying small handyman tasks. Materials, specialty trades, permits, hazardous work and certain other services are excluded.
The member discount applies to qualifying labor and may be subject to project exclusions or maximum-discount limits. LVRS will disclose applicable pricing before work begins.
Members receive priority for qualifying non-emergency scheduling based on technician availability, project type, location and other service requirements. Same-day or emergency service is not guaranteed.
